I grow my own kale so how much is considered a bunch? From the picture, it doesn't look like a while lot. The list of ingredients is on the top left. That threw me at first. I just saw the main part and started reading. The cream soup would take the place of making a cream sauce for the cheese to be melted into.

I would probably use the reduced sodium variety of the cream of mushroom soup for this recipe next time, since it can be a bit too salty. But I love the thick and creamy consistency that it gives to the cheesy sauce. This would be warm and comforting on a chilly rainy spring night!
