Ingredients
- 32 ounces Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 16 ounces Sour Cream
- 10 1/2 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Thaw and drain the hashbrowns of excess water as best as possible.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1/2 cup of shredded cheese for the topping.
