Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, shredded
  • 5 strips bacon cooked crispy and crumbled up
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Add garlic to spinach then cook according to spinach package directions.
     
  3. In a sauce pan add cream cheese, whipping cream, ground mustard, and butter. Using low heat melt all ingredients together while stirring.
     
  4. In a medium casserole dish stir together spinach, cream cheese mixture, eggs, salt and pepper, and bacon.
     
  5. Place it in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes. After it's done, top it with the Velveeta.
