Vegetable Quinoa
Ingredients
- 40 grams quinoa
- 100 grams grated carot
- 100 grams broccoli
- 5 black olives, seeded and cut in small pieces
- 1 ts sesame oil
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
1 serving. Put all the ingredients in a pan, cover with 2 1/2 volume of water and leave to boil over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve. Sprinkle with yeast flakes if desired. To make a complete meal, add seitan cubes before boiling.
