This is a great recipe for beginner cooks and busy moms! Since it uses precooked chicken and prepared pasta sauce, it comes together in really no time at all. I love the idea of using the croutons on the top - it gives great crunch to the dish and is reminiscent of the crispy fried bread crumb coating on a traditional chicken parmigiana.
