I absolutely love the idea of this Super Chicken casserole but I have a few questions. If I can't get Pepperidge Farm Herbed Seasoned Stuffing, can you recommend something to substitute? Will Stove Top Chicken made a big difference in the flavor? Have you tried it with homemade stuffing? And what temperature do you use and how much time do you have it in the oven if you are reheating from frozen? I am trying to do more make and freeze in advance meals.

We made this for dinner tonight and it really is a lovely, hearty meal that everyone in our family enjoyed. We added some cauliflower and broccoli because it was in the refrigerator ready to be used. Altogether it was quick and easy to make, this is a good, no fuss meal that I will definitely be using many times in the future.

This Super Chicken Casserole recipe is exactly what I was looking for. It is so tasty and hardy, but the make ahead aspect of it is what sold me. My niece and her husband came home from the hospital with there newborn baby boy today. Since they also have a two year old daughter at home, I thought they might appreciate having dinner made. I dropped this off with a salad and some homemade cupcakes for desert. I got to kiss the babies, and they got to settle in.

This looks so good!! I love a chicken casserole dish! I can not wait to try this one, I am just wondering if you had left over turkey after Christmas or whenever could you use the turkey instead of chicken? I was thinking this could be a perfect dish for the extended family when they pop in Stephens day!

It came out so great. I didn't include the carrots because my husband doesn't like them, but I am sure it will be super yummy with them.

Has both a bread and a pasta.. I would replace one at least with some sort of squash or vegie.
