My mother made a similar recipe that was always a hit. The difference was that she dipped the chicken pieces in melted butter with parmesan cheese and a little garlic powder mixed in and then rolled in the crushed potato chips. It's delicious.

Sounds fantastic! I've tried Corn Flakes as a coating, but never potato chips. I need to try this one!

I would take four portions to be enough to feed four people. Why do people make things so complicated? Good grief-cooking is not rocket science.

What exactly is a "chicken portion"? A lot of recipes on this site are vague on portion sizes and ingredients. Also many of us would appreciate more info on serving size, calories per portion, etc. If you need an editor, I'm available!!!

Try Cheese flavored Rice cakes crushed up. Use any chip, crackers, rice cakes crushed & seasoned to your preference. I tried cheese rice cakes on chicken, it was tasty. My mistake I pan fried slow, bake would probably been better.

What's the parsley for? It doesn't appear to have been used in the instructions.

Hi, radsitt. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The parsley is intended as an optional garnish. The recipe has been updated to reflect this. Thanks! --Editors of RecipeLion
