- 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Thyme Leaves

- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Combine the ingredients in a glass baking dish or gallon sized zipper plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Seal bag or cover pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
