Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemons
- 23 ounces boneless chicken thighs
- 2 ounces red tomatoes
- 1 ounce cucumber
- 1 ounce onion
- 4 Corn Tortillas
- cup yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, allspice, chili powder, minced garlic, cinnamon, and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a large container.

Add the bite-size boneless chicken thighs and marinate for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cucumber-tomato relish by mixing chopped tomatoes and cucumbers with minced onions.

Add the juice of the remaining lemon.

Sauté marinated chicken until cooked through, season with salt and pepper. And set aside.

Warm the corn tortilla and assemble the shawarma wrap.

For the wrap build: First, spread a tablespoon of yogurt on the tortillas, then top with cucumber-tomato relish.
