Chicken Tikka Kebabs

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

Add all the ingredients (except for the chicken) to a bowl and mix well. Chop the chicken breasts into small chunks.

Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture and leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

Place the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill until the chicken is cooked (approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally). Serve with chopped red onion and tomatoes!

Even though our family is fortunate to not have any food allergies I do prefer gluten and dairy free recipes like this for health purposes. In any case these Chicken Tikka Kebabs are really flavorful and delish. We absolutely loved them, you can dial up the heat by using more or less of the chili (we used fresh, not flakes) and your family WILL love them.
