If you use heavy duty aluminum foil and cooking spray, or even parchment paper, you don't even have to wash the pan! This is perfect for busy weeknights, and the leftovers are great reheated for lunch the next day! I might try it over some Asian sesame noodles, or even a bed of cooked quinoa.

This recipe is amazingly easy and I can tell that it would be full of excellent flavor. The bonus is how convenient it is to make on a sheet pan. Only one pan to clean! We love Asian flavors, because they are so yummy and we frequently choose to eat this type of healthy food. This recipe will go in my rotation and I am sure it will become one of our favorites.

This looks delicious, and I like how the vegetables and chicken all roast in one pan. I might ad a bit of grated ginger to this recipe and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I would serve it over cooked rice.
