Hmmmm I could almost smell those spices when I was reading this recipe. It looks like such a good combination. I like scotch bonnets but know they are incredibly fiery. I like my curry hot so can handle it but watch out if you are not used to hot curries. I also like my curries cooked with potatoes so this one is a keeper.
