I was expecting an asian style recipe but was delighted to see it's more of a german schnitzel style recipe. Yummy! The recipe looks easy and simple with a basic breadcrumb coating. I wonder at healthy it really is, since it is fried in oil, but it does look delicious and served with salad and some vegetables would make a delicious meal!

I love lemony chicken. Three eggs seems like a lot unless you double dip. And even with double dipping two would work if you have big eggs. I like using bread crumbs for coating, but I always seem to need more than stated. I like to keep extra on hand, just in case. Pretty simple and the acidity from the leon juice will tenderize the chicken.
