- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cut breasts in half horizontally to make 4 thin breasts. Season both sides of the chicken with garlic salt and black pepper. You will not use all the seasoning, set the rest aside.
