Mexican Chicken Pasta

"I absolutely LOVE this recipe for Mexican Chicken Pasta. It’s creamy, cheesy, and has a very unique flavor that is wonderful. Part of what makes this such a fun recipe is that it’s so simple and unique. I don’t normally combine bell pepper and cream cheese. Other than cheese balls we make around the holidays, I generally don’t get a chance to bring those two things together. But then there’s this recipe. Epic coming together of cream cheese and bell pepper. Delicious. It’s such a simple chicken recipe that it definitely falls in my no-fail category of favorites. "
