Boxcar Cheesy Chicken Skillet
Nothing's better than a quick family supper that's on the table in 30 minutes. This Boxcar Cheesy Chicken Skillet is quick and easy, perfect for those on the move. It's a complete one pot meal that's great when served over rice or noodles. All you need to make it is just a few simple ingredients, like chicken, broccoli, and cheese soup. Best of all, it only uses one pan, so clean-up is a cinch. Weeknight meals don't get much easier than this.

Chicken hiding in trees, This is outrageously delicious. I made some rice and served this over it. The kids loved the name and ate the broccoli because eating little trees is fun. I have also done this with brussel sprouts, sauteing them in butter and sprinkling them with toasted bread crumbs and calling it baby cabbages in the dust. Kids love creative names.

This is a delectable recipe! I would call it "Easy Delectable Chicken Dish". The broccoli is good but you could also use green peas - or almost any other vegetable you have handy. Served over plain rice? Yum!

I've already given my recipe name of "Cheesy Smothered Chicken with Broccoli Florets" and noticed that for some reason it says "Not a Fan". I don't know how that happened and it should not say that so please disregard my "Not a Fan" part. Thank you.
