Quick and Easy Italian Chicken Wrap

"When the boys and I wake up in the morning, Justin is long gone- he is out of our house by 4am on weekdays. Since we don’t see each other in the mornings, our first real chance to connect is when he gets home from work- but there’s only a small window for us to spend time together before the afternoon chaos begins. Most days, Justin gets home from work at around 2:30- leaving us about half an hour to make lunch, sit down, eat it and catch up. I’ve learned that quick and easy meals are the way to go- I used to spend most of that time making a lunch, only to run out of time before needing to get Shane and ending up with my lunch in the fridge!"
