    "I am a big fan of one pot meals. Yat Gaw Mein or yakamein soup is a clear broth soup. It is one of my all time favorite friday night meal to make. I make yat gaw mein, dish it out and plunk myself in front of the television slurping away. It’s just so delicious and filling. The addition of a nice soft boiled egg to this dish just makes it even better. I’ve gotten adventurous and added duck egg instead."
