Chilli
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 4 stalks celery, diced fine
- 3 green peppers, diced fine
- 2 whole white onions, diced fine
- 2 cans chilli beans
- 3 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 5 tablesspoons chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
In skillet with teaspoon of oil fry ground beef till done. Drain fat. Add vegetables. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for about 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
