These are like chocolate peppermint kit kats! They are so easy with only three ingredients and would make such a nice gift! I know this recipe is advertised as a Christmas cookie but I think these could make a nice gift year round. Perhaps, for Easter, try some colored white chocolate like pastel pink, green, yellow, etc. You could change the color of the chocolate and the flavor for any season or holiday!
