This recipe looks so delicious and since my daughter and I have a dairy allergy, I love that it's made without butter or milk. I wonder if I could use regular wheat flour instead of coconut flour with the same results? These remind me a bit of nanaimo bars, which are one of my favourites! The flavour combination of chocolate and coconut is irresistible and I can't wait to try these!
