"Condensed milk blondies are a twist on my very popular Condensed Milk Brownies recipe. These are ultra fudgy and gooey chocolate chip blondies. Just like their brownie counterparts, these blondies are oh so gooey and fudgy. Chewy from the condensed milk and almost like a blondies fudge. Hard to describe so you are definitely going to have to make these for yourselves. Due to the condensed milk, these are eggless blondies. You could even go for a coconut milk condensed milk if that’s available in your country and you want these with less dairy or just to change things up."
