Sometimes you just need an easy cookie recipe that you can whip up in minutes. Literally all it takes is one bowl, 4 ingredients, and these babies are in the oven. These Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies will make you go nuts! Simply mix instant vanilla pudding mix with creamy peanut butter and an egg. Then, shape your delicious dough into balls and roll in sparkly sugar. Plop them onto a baking sheet and press down with a fork. After about 12 to 15 minutes, you will have a warm batch of crunchy, sugary peanut butter cookies.

This is so simple and easy! I could whip these cookies up in no time. It makes just 9 cookies, which is perfect because there are just two of us in the house and we don't need or want a big batch. I am wondering if chocolate pudding mix would create a chocolate peanut butter cookie. Sounds good, but will it be as good as it sounds?

Peanut butter cookies are so good and look how easy this recipe is. I never heard of using pudding mix in peanut butter cookies. I think I would rather use crunchy peanut butter I wonder if that wil change the recipe in any way.
