Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Slow Cooker Zucchini Bread Recipe
Instructions

Sift salt, baking soda, baking powder, flour and cinnamon together, set aside.

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until blended. Sift in dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Fold in zucchini and nuts.

Place in a greased and floured mold or slow cooker insert pan. Place in slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.

More and more slow cooker recipes call for insert pans. I have never seen one. Can this bread be made in a crock pot?

Cool Idea to use a slow cooker for breads! My question is that I have a zucchini bread recipe I've used for years. Can I use it instead of the one on this site and will a loaf pan be Ok to use in it? Just wondering. Thanks for any help!!! Corinne
