This is great. I don't buy frozen hashbrowns. But, I do have potatoes. Peel and shred the potatoes works. Adding the cream cheese makes it so creamy. I do have frozen peppers from my garden so I used those. Most recipes that say you will have everything in your pantry are wrong. In this case. it is correct. I do have all this stuff at most times.
