Love the ease and convenience of this Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe. Another one of those recipes that make me love my slow cooker. This delightful Asian inspired meal cooks itself, and delivers all the great flavor you expect. I am planning on making this using pork the next time, I think it will work out great.

This is THE BEST sweet and sour dish I have ever made! Besides using fresh ginger and garlic and home made chicken stock in place of the broth we made no changes. Like Jaclyn from Cooking Classy says fresh pineapple is absolutely the best option that is what we used. It all cooked itself in the slow cooker which was great so try it, it is so so good!
