Ingredients

6 potatoes, sliced

2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
1/4 cup tamari, low-sodium
1 teaspoon thyme, ground
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons fresh parsley flakes

Instructions

Layer potatoes and vegetables in large casserole in order given.
Mix together ingredients for sauce and pour over vegetables.
Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 8 to 10 hours on low.

I have made the Lemon Crinkle Cookies and they are definitely a keeper and i loved them so much i gave some to a couple of men who had helped me out with a ride to doctors appointment's and they loved them also.. Now the other one i haven't made yet but i will make it for our church pot luck meals!! Thanks So Much for the Recipe !!
