Ingredients
- 12-16 ounces chicken breast boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced or shredded
- 4 tablespoons chili seasoning mix if using packets you can use 2 packets
- 2 - 10 ounce cans or diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 30 ounces great northern beans 2 15 ounce cans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 3 cups water
- salt and pepper to your taste

I like to buy Del Real Foods Shredded Chicken. It is already cooked and shredded and SO quick for soups.

If you are using regular chicken breasts then you can start off by searing them in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.

Once your chicken is done place all the ingredients into a slow cooker and stir.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
