Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, peeled and quarterd
- 3 onions
- 1 c carrots, sliced thin
- 1 c beer
- 1 3/4 pound corned beef brisket, excess fat trimmed
Instructions
Place potatoes and onions in the bottom of slow cooker. Place carrots on top of potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Place brisket on top of the vegetables. Pour beer over all. Cover and cook on low heat for 9-11 hours.
