Slow Cooker BBQ Meatballs
Spice up your favorite meatballs with this easy, saucy slow cooker BBQ meatball recipe. Form and cook meatballs using your protein of choice and then drop them in your slow cooker and let them absorb the rich, flavorful sauce. These work great on sub rolls or over rice.
Notes
To serve as appetizers, make small meatballs and serve on toothpicks. To serve as a main meal, make regular size meatballs and serve over flat noodles.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup (12 oz.) chili sauce
- 1 cup grape jelly or jam
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 pound meatballs, cooked
Instructions
- Combine chili sauce, grape jelly and mustard in slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on high while preparing meatballs.
- Add cooked meatballs to sauce in slow cooker. Stir well to coat, cover and cook on Low for 6-10 hours or High for 4 hours. (Low is recommended.)

These are so simple to make and the grape jelly may throw some people off. However, make sure to double the recipe because these meatballs are ADDICTING!! Very delicious and well worth the wait to let them simmer in the crock-pot!!
