Slow Cooker Veal and Peppers

Ingredients
- 3 pounds veal, cubed
- 4 green peppers, cut in eighths
- 3 medium onions, sliced thin
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound mushrooms, quartered
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
- 3/4 teaspoon basil
- 2 16-oz cans tomatoes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7 hours, high 4 hours or auto 5 hours.
