Ingredients
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 sm turkey breast, frozen
- salt and pepper
- carrots, sliced (opt)
- potatoes, sliced (opt)
- onions, sliced (opt)
Instructions
Yield: 4 servings. Place breast in pot, pour broth over it, add salt and pepper. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours. Vegetables may be placed around and under the turkey if desired.
