Dump and Run Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 thick pork chops (1" or more)
- salt and pepper, to taste
- flour for dredging
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (14-1/2-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Salt and pepper pork chops on both sides, then dredge in flour.
- Place the chops in your slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW, 5-6 hours or until pork chops are tender. Serve over buttered noodles or mashed potatoes.

This was very nice. I always use fresh mushrooms, I simply don't trust the canned ones. I toss it all in the crock pot in the morning on low and supper is ready by 5. Yummy good.

I would like to know what size tomatoes can & what size/type of mushrooms. I would really like to make this!
