Ingredients
- 3 pounds Gold potatoes
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions

Wash potatoes

Cut into 2 inch cubes

Place potatoes, chicken stock and salt and pepper into slow cooker

Set for high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours

When poatoes are cooked through.

Add sour cream, 1/4 cup of milk and mash with hand masher or electric mixer.

Add additional milk, salt and pepper as needed.

Set slow cooker to warm setting and serve when dinner is ready!
