    Ingredients

    • 2 cups tomato juice
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 3 tablespoons tapioca
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 onions
    • 4 carrots
    • 1 celery stalk
    • 4 potatoes
    • 1 pound beef stew meat

    Instructions

    Combine tomato juice sugar, tapioca, and salt in slow cooker on Low. Dice onion. Sl ice carrots. Chop celery. Cube potatoes and beef. Add vegetables to slow cooker, th en meat. Cover with tomato juice mixture. Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
