Ingredients
- 4 (14 1/2-ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans diced peeled tomatoes
- 2 (4-ounce) cans diced green chilies
- 16 ounces package frozen corn
- 16 ounces package frozen mixed peppers and onions
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups (to 3) of cooked diced turkey or chicken
- 1 to 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- seasoned salt (optional) to taste
- hot sauce if desired, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker, mixing spices in and mix thoroughly.
- Cook 8 to 10 hours on low setting.
- If desired garnish with chopped scallions and shredded cheese.
