I’ve tried varying up a bit; changing the crust, spicing up the pie filling etc. But just recently I took a more daring change to one of my classic faves — I turned it into a cupcake! Plus I added the perfect cup of coffee — now that’s a perfect mom treat!"

I'm always on the lookout for creative desserts or treats to take to meetings, and this is a truly wonderful and delicious idea. I love banana cream pie and the idea of turning it into a bite-sized cupcake snack is just delightful. I love garnishing them with whipped cream and a slice of banana. I wouldn't expect these to last very long at all.

These are such a pretty dessert and look absolutely amazing!. I love banana cream pie and cupcakes are a good serving size. This will make a great Spring brunch treat. I buy bananas every week, then don't know what to do with them. Thank you for a yummy new idea!
