Chunky Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 hard boiled egg whites, chopped (discard the rest)
- 1 ripe avocado, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons light Miracle Whip
Instructions

Add celery and green onions to bowl. Mix in the chopped eggs; chop up eggs with whisk or fork further if needed.

Add avocado chunks, lemon juice, spices, Miracle Whip and mix together. Mix/mash further with fork until you get desired consistency. Add more salt and pepper if desired. Serve with crackers or bread.
