Mmmm this macaroni salad looks yummy. I definitely won't be substituting the sugar snap peas. I love cold pasta and this pasta salad recipe certainly doesn't disappoint. It also looks very colorful and makes me hungry just looking at it. I would like to add some corn to mine and maybe some julienne carrots which will give it a nice burst of orange.

I am definitely making this salad for our Labor Day weekend party. I have never thought of putting sour cream in my macaroni salad. I won't use bell peppers or radishes, but I will use olives and find something else to add. We love pasta salads with burgers and baked beans.

I love the bright colors in this pasta salad. The red peppers with the sugar snap peas are a great addition in this dish - these two are a go to whenever I do a stir fry. I make pasta salads whenever my family goes on a road trip picnic, since they keep very well in the warm weather.
