Caramel Apple Brownies
These delicious Caramel Apple Brownies are a unique dessert that you won't want to miss. They have all of the flavor of a caramel apple, tucked right inside a blonde brownie. Who could ask for more? This simple recipe calls for your standard brownie ingredients, as well as two apples, and a cup of caramel bits. Using a standing mixer, combine all of your traditional brownie ingredients with two chopped apples, making sure to mix the batter thoroughly. Then, pour the batter into a prepared pan and sprinkle caramel bits over the top, pressing them into the batter. Let the brownies bake for about forty-five minutes, and then enjoy!

I had no clue you could turn a brownie into a fruit dessert. Where did you get the idea to make a caramel apple dessert like this one? I want to make a double batch because I think my kids will have these gone in no time. I know I would love to have these brownies as a treat for lunch after a long morning of conferences at work.
