Chocolate Crepe Cake with Nutella Whipped Cream
"Chocolate crepe cake is a spin-off of the traditional crepe cake. The crepes are made with a chocolate dessert batter and sandwiched between layers of smooth Nutella whipped cream. The chocolate and hazelnut combination works very well together! The overall effect is very fun and when you cut into the completed crepe cake, you can see all the layers you've worked hard to build! The cake ranges from 25-30 layers, just depending on the amount of crepes you yield from the batter."

This Chocolate Crepe Cake with Nutella Whipped Cream may be a little labor intensive, but it is well worth the time and effort. My biggest challenge was making the crepes, but I took my time (and a deep breath) and they turned out great. The end result of this cake is absolutely delicious, like nothing you've ever tasted, perfect for a special ocassion. The recipe is well written and easy to follow, just take your tiem and have fum with it, you'll be glad you did.
