Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Lasagna
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Lasagna is a rich, no-bake dessert that sounds exactly like what it is: a delicious layered combination of chocolate and peanut butter. The filling is a creamy mixture of peanut butter and cream cheese, and it makes the dessert extremely decadent. There are even pieces of peanut butter cups layered into the dessert, so every bite includes a small piece of candy. Top it with peanuts and a chocolate drizzle for a finished look. You won't be able to stay away from this fantastic dessert!

I thought dessert lasagna couldn't get any better until now. You just had to throw in the peanut butter cups, didn't you? That is the one thing that takes this recipe over the top and turns it from a great dessert to a fabulous treat. I can't wait to have this after dinner.

Whenever I see the word lasagna I think of the Italian dish, not something involving peanut butter and chocolate. Layered dessert is my semantic preference for what looks like an incredibly yummy dish. I like how this serves a goodly sized group of people, since I'm sure this would be a hit at any gathering. This is definitely one for my must make list.

Mmmm, peanut butter and chocolate. And no baking either? Sounds like perfection to me! I am not familiar with peanut butter cups here in South Africa so I improvised by using some crushed peanut brittle instead. The end result, after leaving it in the refrigerator overnight, was nothing less than a little piece of heaven. As dessert after dinner tonight it was delicious (we all had seconds!) and there is even a little left over for tomorrow, YAY!
