Fudge takes on a whole new flavor when you put coconut in the mix, huh? I love this kind of fudge. I like the plain pieces that are silky smooth and melt in your mouth, but there is something about a crunchy piece of toasted coconut and the rich peanut butter flavor of fudge. Chocolate is great too, but peanut butter is awesome.
