What makes a dessert a biscoff? I love cherry cheesecake, so this dish looks like something my family would want seconds of when I serve it. Is this a family favorite for you? We have several favorites, but this one might bump one of those off from the list this year.

Cream Cheese Cherry Biscoff Delight...SOLD! I just knew I was going to love it. The fact that it is so easy to make is also a bonus. I can't say enough good things about this recipe. It's beautiful, tasty, quick and easy, what more could you ask for...oh yeh, it's rich and creamy. Just thinking about it makes me want to make it again.

I love how simple this recipe is to make. No baking required! The cookies make the crust extra special compared to a store bought graham cracker crust. Cheese cake and cherries are some of my husband's favorite things, and I plan to surprise him with this on valentines day - I even found a heart shaped pan equivalent to this size at a local flea market!
