There is only one thing I like more than Boston Cream Pie and that is the ease and convenience of making it in the form of cupcakes. I love that this recipe uses all made from scratch ingredients, especially the yummy pastry cream filling. This recipe is not difficult at all, and it is well written and easy to follow. These cupcakes will absolutely satisfy your cravings for Boston Cream Pie in the most delightful way.

Ohhh, these look exactly like my favorite Boston cream pie cupcakes from school! My college cafeteria doesn't have a lot of good food, but when these come out, I put as many of these in a Tupperware as I can.
