I love that you can make this dip ahead of a party. Can you make several batches at the same time, or is this one of those dips that you make one batch at a time to preserve the flavor? I think it would be easy to double or triple and get away with it for a big party. I want to make a huge tub and have it ready for my guests so I can concentrate on decorating instead of cooking the day of the party.
