Flourless Banana Chocolate Muffins
"Here’s a delicious paleo banana chocolate muffin recipe. These muffins are moist, fudgy and taste heavenly! They are also healthy and completely dairy-free and gluten-free. What’s more, they require only a few ingredients and they are very easy to make. If you want your muffins less fudgy and more cakey, double the amount of tahini or any other nut butter you may have. Optionally, you can add chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips) and chopped hazelnuts. I kept some hazelnuts for decoration."

What a creative idea! Never in a million years would I have thought to use tahini in a muffin recipe. I can't wait to try this out for a healthy alternative to my favorite muffin!
