I love cream cheese desserts. I think the vanilla wafers go so well with the cream cheese. I bet this recipe would be easy to add a fruit topping to make it personal for a favorite meal or a birthday dinner when you want someone to feel loved. What do you think?

These Fluffy squares look tasty. Sometimes you want something after a meal but not anything heavy. This seems to be just the thing. Very flavorful but not heavy on the stomach. I find pineapple in desserts very refreshing. I would definitely like to try these. The question is whether I can wait that long while they are setting in the fridge! I'm a taster so I probably will be licking those beaters.

So light, so fluffy, so DELICIOUS! The crunchy crust top and bottom sandwiches the cream cheese and pineapple mixture beautifully. I just LOVE the combination of pineapple with cream cheese - it is as though they were made for each other. The only change I made was to use crushed fresh pineapple, instead of tinned, but otherwise followed the recipe as written. Do give it a try, it is easy to made and really very good!

Yum, I could eat this dessert every day! I can't wait to make this for a birthday gathering. Sometimes you want to have more than just a birthday cake available at the dessert table. This will appeal to those who don't like chocolate or traditional birthday cake. I will have sliced strawberries on the side to top off this great dessert.
