Graham Cracker Strawberry Parfaits

"I love that this is kind of a modernized, more kid-friendly version of the old angel food cake-and-whipped-cream combo. I tried serving that to the kids once and they said they felt like they were eating a sponge. I told them I'd be MORE than happy to keep all of that tasty, tasty sponge to myself. These graham cracker and strawberry parfaits went over much better. I think the kids like the little bit of crunch in them."
