Panna-cotta is a great dessert. I love it. It is healthy and it is a very refreshing dessert to eat on a hot summer's day. I call it a baked cream and I typically make it with a coulis, most raspberry as I like the tartness but I'm sure a cherry topping would taste better. something else I also do is add a vanilla pod to mine which enhances the flavor beautifully.
